Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain such a rotor as is minimized for moment of inertia and reduced for assembling process by a method wherein a rotor magnet and a rotor shaft are attached to a rotor seat formed throgh forward feed system as a belt material and then detached from the belt material. CONSTITUTION:A pilot hole 5 for process locating and an escape hole 6 for drawing are perforated in a belt material 4 consisting of soft metallic material or plastic material 50-100mum, a drawing is then carried out and a small hole 7 is perforated therein at the center. Next, the small hole 7 is depressed through burring process to form a cylindrical projection 8, thus obtaning a rotor seat 2. Then, a rotor magnet 1 is fitted in the rotor seat 2, and a rotor shaft 3 is also attached. Finally the rotor is detached from the belt material 4 to obtain a product.
