PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature crystal oscillator which features an excellent temperature porperty and a reduced evil effect of the parasitic vibration, by defining the X-axis direction as the width and the Y'-axis direction as the length with the width-length ratio set to 0.5 or less in the coordinates system in which a leftward rotation of about 35 deg. is given centering on the X-axis.
