Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus wherein a chute is connected to the incineration furnace, the operation of throwing wastes into the chute and interruption of heated air is performed by a damper installed within the chamber, and feeding of wastes into the chute is done by the reciprocation of push plate provided in the hollow cylinder connecting to the chute. CONSTITUTION:Furnace 1 is connected by chute 2 which is jointed by the hollow cylinder 3 and at the junction of the two, opening port 4 is provided. At the hollow cylinder 3, waste reception port 5 is provided and the wastes 8 are fed into the cylinder by a mechanism, e.g. a belt conveyer. Inside the cylinder 3, push plate 7 being pushed by a mechanism, e.g. bydraulic plunger is installed which holds and throw wastes into the chute 2. Damper 10 is rotated by the hydraulic cylinder 11, throws wastes 8a being held by the push plate 7 located at 7a into the furnace 1 and at the same time, interrupts heated gas. A series of the above mentioned operations are performed by the instruction outputted by the control box 12.
