Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent service performance from deteriorating by counting the frequency of faults of a system corresponding to its fault information and then by disconnecting the unit from online operation by judging the unit in trouble when the frequency exceeds the predetermined reference value of the unit.
CONSTITUTION: Fault deciding memory unit 12 connected to central controller 11 is provided with memory area 13 for the frequency of faults and memory area 14 for a reference value, and controller 11 exercises control over input controllers 1aW 1N and output controllers 2aW2M in addition to a supervision.
