Abstract
PURPOSE: To suppress corrosion that is liable to occur in the contacting part of both a buffer and a fin material, to extend the life of the heat-transfer pipe with the fin and to improve the thermal conductivity by manufacturing the buffer with the material same as that of the fin.
CONSTITUTION: The buffer of the same material as that of the fin 2 or of a material potential of which is lower than the heat-transfer pipe is sticked on the outer surface of the heat-transfer pipe 1 to coat the entire or partial surface of the pipe 1 with the buffer layer 3. Next the fin 2 that has an excellent thermal conductivity is fixed to the heat-transfer pipe 1 by a direct winding process to obtain the heat-transfer pipe with the fin. After this, the same material as that of the fin 2 or buffer 3 is padded to the contacting part of the buffer 3 and the fin 2 on the surface of the heat-transfer pipe by a flame spray coating or evaporating process to form the sticking material layer and the fin 2 is fixed to the heat-transfer pipe 1.
