Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible functional combination of systems for simple realization of multifunctions and longer life of the battery by controlling plural drive systems and indication wheel train systems with an electronic circuit in a watch having a second hand. CONSTITUTION:The signal accompanied by the external switch 113 is selected 112 and fed to a waveform synthesizer 102. The output is fed to a circuit for driving the hour hand and minute hand and a circuit for driving the second hand, chronograph minute hand and the chronograph hour hand 107 and a sexagesimal up/down counter 103. The motor 108 is driven by the circuit 106 to rotate the indication wheel train 110 for the minute and hour hands while the chronograph motor 109 for the second hand, chronograph minute hand and the chronograph are driven by the circuit 107 to rotate the second hand and chronograph hand.
