If the station itself is nearer to P.ADR, it is regarded that the station itself has higher line occupancy than other station and the transmission to the station at the down stream of the line occupancy command received is stopped and the line occupancy command from other station is removed from the line. If the line occupancy command of other station is near to P.ADR, it is regarded that the other station has higher priority than the station itself and the received command is transmitted to the down stream side.
