Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a clear and noiseless picture image with a simple work process by fixing and smoothing a metal back layer and forming a stripe for detecting index signals with the so-called drive process. CONSTITUTION:The red, green and blue fluorescent stripes 2R, 2G and 2B, filming film 3 and metal back layer 4 are formed inside the face panel 1. Then the sensitive thin layer 10 is formed and light is irradiated on it. This layer is characterized by waterproofness and the metal back layer 4 is solidified, then the surface is smoothed.
