Abstract
PURPOSE: To sample only gas through the high temperature region without any adsorption based on the characteristic such that particle materials will not move from the low temperature side to the high temperature side by an apparatus wherein the high temperature region is formed in the sampling system by the highly heated porous wall formed with nichrome wires or others.
CONSTITUTION: A gas sampling chamber 2 is formed by increasing a diameter of a conduit 1 for introducing dust containing gas thereinto and a sucking inlet 3a of a sampling pipe 3 for sucking out gas component as a measuring sample is opened substantially at the center of the sampling chamber 2. Around the sucking inlet 3a there are disposed a plurality of nichrome wires in a grid screen form to enclose the sucking inlet by a highly heated porous wall 4 in a steamline shape formed with those nichrome wires. Thus, gas introduced into the sampling chamber 2 is at first in contact with the porous wall 4 and particle materials contained in the gas is moved into the low temperature region to be flown out from the sampling chamber, so that only gas is selectively sampled through the high temperature region without any adsorption.
