Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent leakage along a closed slide valve due to vibration and enable precise valve action, by applying a magnetic force to a bobbin fitted with the slide valve to attract the bobbin in a direction to close the valve.
CONSTITUTION: When a soleniod 16 is deenergized, a closed-loop magnetic circuit is composed of a hollow core 10 and a magnetic yoke 18 by the magnetic flux of a pair of permanent magnets 21. When the solenoid 16 is energized, a rightward force proportional to an electrical current is caused to move a bobbin rightward against springs 19, 20. As a result, a slide valve 9 is opened for the first communication hole 14 to a degree corresponding to the magnitude of the electrical current and a fluid from an inlet port 2 flows out through an outlet port 3. An antivibration member 22 of magnetic metal is provided outside the slide valve 9 and the tip of the member 22 is attracted on a magnet 23 secured on a casing 4 to prevent the slide valve 9 from vibrating when the it is closed.
