Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to be carried out molding having a high packing density and hardness, by compressing and filling both faces of molding sand in the core box by using compressed air and squeezing board, in case of molding by using molding sand for green sand mold. CONSTITUTION:The core cavities 4, 4 are opened to the open air through the ventilation holes 5, 5 and the channel 2. The blow hole 7 is placed at the upper end center of the cavities 4, 4 against the core boxes 3, 3 on the table 1 and the molding sand for green sand mold 8 is supplied to the cavities 4, 4 by blowing in with compressed air. Next, the blow holes 9 are placed on the upper end of the cavities 4, 4 and the compressed air supply apparatus 10 is pressure-welded and the sand of the holes 5, 5, side is filled with a high density by supplying the compressed air and passing through the sand 8.
