Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the compression force of machine in several times by comparatively small force and to perform a large work, by using each wedge-shaped cum slide and cum driver.
CONSTITUTION: The cum driver 5 having the slope C at the tip end, is fixed on the press machine. When the slide of the press machine is dropped down, horizontal component of force is given to the slide 4 by pushing the opposite side of triangular cum slide 4 having wedge-shaped angle β formed by the slant a and b by the slant c. Next, the above force is changed to the vertical component of the force again by the slant a of the frame 1 and the slant b of the heel bracket 3. That is, direction of the force is made the same direction as the slide of the press machine by using two steps wedge action and also, the stroke is able to reduce in two steps by amplifying the dimension of the force in two steps. The above pressure raising die set is possessed the following condition when θ; angle of the driver 4, α; inclination angle of the frame 1, λ; friction angle. That is, 0°<θ<90°-λ, 0°≤α<90°-λ, 0°<β< 180°-2λ.
