Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a highly sensitive and stable analysis value and also to improve durability by providing non-ferrous conductor electrodes to concave parts of a couple of electrode parts of a sample atomizating device. For the purpose, the electric contact resistance of the entire atomizing part 4 is reduced to heat graphite culvert 12.
