Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent overvoltage and overcurrent by switching the first and second current for setting the dynamic brake current each corresponding to the first and second preset speed.
CONSTITUTION: When the vehicle speed exceeds the first preset speed, the first set speed signal corresponding to the first preset speed from the first speed pattern generator 18 is compared with the vehicle speed detected by means of a comparator 19. Thus, the output relay 21 provided through the speed detector 20 in noway excited. As the drop of the vehicle speed actuates the output relay 21, the current pattern change-over relay is excited and the first set current signal is cut at the contact 24a of the change-over relay 24, so that the contact 24b is closed to allow the second set current signal to be inputted into a comparator 14. The second set signal is outputted from the second generator 25 to switch the set current signal whereby a large braking force is obtained corresponding to the set current at the low speed range. Accordingly, overvoltage and overcurrent can be prevented.
