Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a 2-color copied image of black, white, and red, by forming a photoconductive layers different from each other in sensitivity to chromatic color lights, the first photoconductive layer of vapor deposited As2Se3 layer, and the electroconductive layer of a substrate composed of one or more of Au, Pt, and Pd.
