Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the high efficiency for the switching circuit by causing the inversion of one transistor from the cutoff state to the conduction state through inversion of the other transistor from the conduction state to the cutoff state and thus eliminating the simultaneous conduction of both transistors. CONSTITUTION:Transistor pairs 1 and 2 plus 5 and 6 are connected via current limit elements 3 and 4 plus 7 and 8 each. Then the counter electromotive force generated at load inductance 15 is utilized when one transistor pairs 1 and 2 (or 5 and 6) is cutoff, and thus the triggering is applied to the other transistor pairs 5 and 6 (or 1 and 2) to keep them under the conduction state. The control signal pulses 11 to be applied to these circuits are supplied through pulse discriminating circuit consisting of diodes 9 and 10 so that the cutoff may be given to the transistor pairs of the conduction side.
