Abstract
PURPOSE: Title compsition which provides plated films having excellent adhesion and durability, comprising an olefin resin, a saturated rubber, an Si-containing inorganic compound, a sulfureous material, a vulcanization accelerator and carbon black.
CONSTITUTION: To (A) 100pts.wt. of an olefin resin, MW 2×104-1×106, such PP or PE, are added (B) 0.5W100pts.wt. of a saturated rubber (Moonely viscosity 20W140)which is free of C-C double bonds and whose backbone consists of C-C bonds only, such as a polyethylene rubber or an isobutylene rubber; (C) 0.1W 70pts.wt. of at least one Si-containing inorganic compound selected from the group consisting of silicic acid, inorganic silicate and anhydrides thereof; (D) 0.1W10 pts.wt. of at least one sulfureous material selected from the group consisting of a sulfur-liberating compound and a sulfureous vulcanizing agent, such as tetramethylthiuram disulfide and sulfur; (E) 0.05W10pts.wt. of a vulcanization accelerator such as 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and (F) conductive carbon black in such an amount that the resulting composition has a volume resistivity of below 103Ωcm; at a temperature of 150W250°C.
