Abstract

PURPOSE: Title traffic paint that is made by blending an organic polyisocyanate, a specific polyol, a tertiary amine salt, fillers and plastizers in a specific proportion, thus having a short curing time even when coated with high thickness or even at low temperatures, and giving durable coating films.
CONSTITUTION: The objective traffic paint is made by mixing (A) an organic polyisocyanate such as diphenylmethanediisocyanate, (B) a polyol of 50W500 hydroxyl value such as polypropylene glycol, (C) a tertiary amine such as bicyclic amidine organic acid salt, secondary or tertiary amine such as diethanolamine or metal salt or organic acid such as naphthenic acid, (D) fillers and (E) plasticizers, where the hydroxyl of component B is 0.5W1.5 equivalents per equivalent of component A and the amounts of components C, D and E are 0.001W20, 10W50 and 0W30wt% respectively based on the total amount of components BWE.
