Abstract
PURPOSE: Title fibrous material that is made by dyeing polyamide fiber with a specific acid dye in the presence of a dyeing accelerator, thus having heat-resistant fastness comparable to that of blend-colored products and permitting the use as an indicator of tire wearing in high-speed vehicles.
CONSTITUTION: Polyamide fibers for reinforcing tires are dyed with an acid dye of anthrapyridone such as formula I and/or anthrapyrimidine such as formula II in the presence of 0.01W0.5g/l of dyeing accelerator such as a hydroxybenzene derivative to produce colored fibers with a heat-resistant fastness satisfying equation III (C is the concentration at the surface of the fibrous material after dry-heat treatment at 180°C for 24hr; Co is the surface concentration before dry-heat treatment).
EFFECT: The present invention eliminates the problems on techniques accompanied with blend coloring and on production control and can avoid the reduction in fiber strength by blend coloring.
