Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an aluminum plate for printing of excellent superhigh printing durability and with microfine rough surface of 0.3W0.6μm deep on an average by applying alkaline treatment and further anodic oxidation treatment to the fine and even flat surface of an aluminum plate of 0.35W0.65μm deep on an average.
CONSTITUTION: After forming a fine and complex primary waveform 0.35W 0.65μm keep on an average on the surface of aluminum by giving ball grinding processing to an aluminum plate by using Alundum with the grinding particle size of 1000W1200 mesh, chemical etching treatment is further applied by using sodium hydroxide and other alkali, thereby forming the secondary waveform more complex than the primary. Next, by applying anodic oxidation treatment to the surface of the aluminum plate by using hydrochloric acid etc., a fine and complex rough form 0.3W0.6μm deep on an average is given thereto. The aluminum plate thus obtained has superhigh printing durability and is superior in the accuracy of printing.
