Abstract

PURPOSE:At about the center of a stirrer, fixed blades are provided. This causes mechanical resistance at the center where material moving speed, momentum, and stirring resistance are normally smaller than those at the wall side. Thus, stirring ratio at the center is made qual to or greater than that at its wall, resulting in highly effective stirring. CONSTITUTION:The stirrer body 3 has the rotating shaft 6 at the center. The shaft 6 is provided with arms 7, 8, 9 having fixed rotary blades 10, 12, 13 at the arm ends. A fixed blade 14 is fixed near the shaft 6 which outwardly and radially directs material to be stirred to give resistance force to the material. The so constructed stirrer is charged with material and provides product mixed to a desired degree.
