PURPOSE:To maintain the speed of the motor at a constant level eliminating variation in the angular velocity by controlling the rotation thereof with the voltage obtained from the comparison of the proportional voltage and the error voltage with the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:A frequency S90 deg. shifted in the phase by 90 deg. from the frequency S0 deg. proportional to the rotational frequency of the motor M is obtained from a velocity detector SD. The frequency S0 deg. is converted into a proportional voltage with a frequency-voltage converter FV while compared and combined with the reference frequency S0 by means of a multiplier M2 to produce the output S1. At the same time, the frequency S90 deg. is compared and combined with the reference frequency S0 by means of a multiplier M2. An error signal S1A is obtained by passing the output S1 through the LPF1 while an error signal is obtained by shifting the output S2 by 90 deg. with a shift circuit SFT via the LPF2. The error signals S1A and S2B are proportionally combined with a multiplier M3 to produce the output S3, which is passed through the LPF3 to obtain the error signal S3A. The error signal S3A is processed with an integrator INT to obtain an error voltage E2. After the voltages E1 and E2 are added with an addition circuit ADD, the voltage obtained from the comparison between the resulting voltage and the reference voltage Er serves to control the rotation of the motor M to a constant level.
