CONSTITUTION:A groove plate block 303 manufactured by mounting a large number of grooves onto a support member 302, a groove cover plate block 304 and a common liquid chamber block 305 are disposed, and a large number of orifices 306, liquid chambers 314 with the same number communicated with orifices, and a common liquid chamber 315 communicated with each liquid chamber are built up. Exothermic resistors 317 generating thermal energy, which discharge a liquid from orifices 306, are installed at fixed locations on the surface forming the inwall surfaces of liquid chambers 314 of groove cover plate block 304.
