And in the joining pass 6 is installed in series with the said valve 5 a negative pressure responding valve 7 which is less opened the higher a negative pressure in the intake passage 4 becomes. Air is supplied to the valve 5 through a branch pass 9 which branches before the throttle valve 2 after passing through an air cleaner 8.
