Trs34a and 34b become conductive in response to non-conduction of Tr33, the collector current of Tr31 becomes leakage current I2 and is flowed through Tr34a, and the collector current of Tr22 becomes leakage current I1 and is flowed to Tr34b according to the value of leakage current I2.
