CONSTITUTION:A large polarized piezoelectric porcelain plane plate is obtained where electrodes are provided throughout both faces, and one face of this plane plate is subjected to the grooving process by laser scriber or diamond scriber so that grooves may match to prescribed angular plate dimensions and partial electrode dimensions. Wide grooves 6 are used for cutting off angular plate vibrators, and narrow grooves 7 are used for cutting off electrodes. A sufficient depth is required for grooves 6 because these grooves are used for cutting off porcelain plates. However, it is necessary that the depth of grooves 7 to the piezoelectric porcelain is controlled to 5mu or less for the purpose of preventing the influence upon the characteristics of vibrators.
