Abstract
PURPOSE:To continuously discharge a high-viscous substance, e.g., resin, through separate valve by the procedure in which a uniform pressure tank is provided in a vacuum system through a valve, while one side of the uniform pressure tank is connected to a vacuum pump, and the other side is opened to the air. CONSTITUTION:The first valve V1 is opened and the air in the uniform pressure tank 24 of the discharger B is drawn out by the vacuum pump 25 until the same vacuum degree as the vacuum thin-film evaporator is reached. The first valve V1 is closed and the second valve V2 is opened to store a resin sirup inside the thin-film evaporator A into the uniform pressure tank 24. Then, the second valve V2 is closed and the third valve V3 is opened to restore the pressure to the atmospheric pressure, and the fourth valve V4 is opened to discharge the resin sirup through the liquid discharge port 27 while the third valve V3 is opened. Thus, high-viscous substance can be taken out of the vacuum system without breaking the vacuum system.
