Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a self lubrication of the rotor, prevent an internal leak of the pump and suppress a heat generation of the compressed gas, by attachably providing self-lubricating materials at both sides of the rotor main unit and drilling cooling holes in the interior of said rotor main unit.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 4 is axially supported by bearing parts 3, 3' of a casing 2 eccentrically through a shaft 5. A plurality of vanes 7 are interposed in the rotor 4. At both sides of the rotor 4 are attachably provided self-lubricating materials 15, 15'. In the interior of the rotor are drilled cooling holes 10, 10' which are connected to link holes 12, 12' in the shaft 5. In this way, the self-lubricating materials at the both sides of the rotor main unit enables a self lubrication to eliminate a gas seal in the interior and to suppress a generation of the oil mist. While the cooling holes in the interior are linked to the outside of the system to cool the rotor main unit, thus preventing a heat generation of the compressed gas and obtaining a clean compressed gas.
