Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a captioned product utilizing cheap reproduced rubber for an inner layer thereof while a surface layer thereof is colorful and gives an impression of high-class rubber by a method wherein a colored rubber sheet for the surface layer is half vulcanized on a molding surface of a mold, thereafter, black rubber for the inner layer is charged and both of them are vulcanized and molded integrally. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized colored rubber sheet 4 is spread on a molding surface 2 of a mold (bottom tool) 1, a top force 5 is adhered thereon, thereafter, the sheet 4 is molded under being adhered to the molding surface 2 by suction ports 3 through a header 3' and is half vulcanized by heating the molds 1, 5. Subsequently, cheap and unvulcanized black rubber material such as reproduced rubber is charged, the top force 5 is pressed thereonto and closed, then, both of them are vulcanized and molded integrally. According to this method, a multilayered product of rubbers with different qualities in which one surface of the rubber material 6 for the inner layer thereof is covered by the rubber sheet 4 for the surface layer thereof may be molded.
