Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the sharing for the voice and the data by applying the (8+2)- bit envelope on the subscriber's line and the 8-bit octet type at the transmission exchange system eash and then securing the mutual exchange between the both types. CONSTITUTION:Terminal side termination unit DCE of the digital subscriber's line converts the output of the composite terminal unit consisting of the digital telephone set and the digital data terminal unit into the transmission formart. Then the voice or the data information which are transmitted on the subscriber's line via the envelope of the (8+2)-bit type is received at exchange side termination unit DCCS. Then the (8+2)-bit envelope type and the 8-bit octet type are applied on the subscriber's line and at the transmission exchange system respectively. And the mutual exchange is secured between the both types, thus securing the common use for the voice and the data.
