Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the easy-to-control detetection for the color picture with the reduced color shift, by installing the optical detector arrays on nearly the same plane to each other and then putting the two spectral optical images into each array. CONSTITUTION:For the color picture detector such as the color TV camera or the like which converts the subject image into the color picture signals, image formation optical system 1 forms the image of the subject at the optical detection part, and color separation optical systems 2 and 3 divide the image obtained through system 1 into two images featuring the different wavelength characteristics. These two images are detected through 2-dimensional optical detector arrays 4 and 5. In this case, arrays 4 and 5 are distributed on nearly the same plane to each other, and then two spectral optical images are put into each array. As a result, the easy-to- control detection is possible for the color picture and with the reduced color shift.
