Abstract
PURPOSE: To heat a floor according to a hot water type without using a circulation pump by a mechanism wherein a pressure tank into which water is admitted is heated, and heated hot water of the inside is guided to a radiating pipe arranged under the surface of the floor by steam pressure generated.
CONSTITUTION: Water is supplied to a pressure tank 1 from a service tank 2, whose upper portion is opened, through an erect pipe 13 and a check valve 4, a heat source 6 functions when a water-level sensor 8 senses an upper limit water-level, and the pressure tank 1 is heated. Pressure rises with the heating evaporation of water in the pressure tank 1. When the pressure surpasses the passage resistance of a radiating pipe 7 disposed under the surface of a floor, hot water in the pressure tank 1 opens a check valve 5 of a discharge port 10, passes through the radiating pipe 7, radiates heat, and returns to the service tank 2 from a return pipe 3. When a water- level in the pressure tank 1 drops and a water-level sensor 9 senses a lower limit water-level, the heat source 6 is turned OFF, the pressure tank 1 naturally cools, and water is supplied from the service tank 2 with the lowering of internal pressure. Thus, the floor can be heated according to a hot water type without using a circulation pump.
