Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify operation and to prolong the life of a vibrator by bonding and coupling an electro-mechanical vibration converting element with a diaphragm via a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:Electro-mechanical vibration converting element 2 and diaphragm 4 are coupled with each other by soldering 10 and 12 with interposing metal plate 8 constituting prinicipally of aluminum. This metal plate 8 uses that made of aluminum plate 14 of 0.2-10mm in thickness and metal coating layers 16 and 18, formed on both sides of the plate, adapting themselves to solder films 10 and 12 and improving bonding strength.
