Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a switch circuit suitable for IC implementation which generates a high-tension pulse signal rising at a fast speed, by driving the base of transistor Tr by a current generating circuit with high output impedance. CONSTITUTION:When input signal Vi to logic element 4 is held at level ''L'', current generating circuit 10 is applied with a signal of level ''H'' at input terminal 12 to generate no current, and Tr1 is OFF, so that output pulse signal Vo is zero volt. When signal Vi is held at level ''H'', circuit 10 outputs a negative current from output terminal 11 and Tr1 conducts to increase output pulse signal Vo up to high voltage H.V. When signal vi is given repetitive pulses of levels ''L'' and ''H'', Tr1 turns ON-OFF repeatedly to develop high tension pulses Vo. The rising speed of signal Vo is increased because of the insertion of Tr between the high tension H.V. source and output terminal, and IC implementation is simplified since this circuit constitution employs on capacitor.
