Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize easily the compander featuring the matched characteristics to each other by constituting the compander by using the photo coupler possessing the logarithm property. CONSTITUTION:The light emission quantity is controlled for light emitting element 9 of photo coupler 10 via the output of level detector 8 which is connected to the output of operational amplifier 5, and the light of element 9 is received by photoconductive element 6. Element 6 is used as the negative feedback resistance of amplifier 5. And the logarithm compression is given to the output of amplifier 5 since coupler 10 features the logarithm preperty. Then the level detection is given to the compressed signal through level detector 18, and light emitting element 19 is actuated for photo coupler 20 featuring the logarithm property. The light of element 19 is received by photoconductive element 14. Then element 14 is used for the input resistance of operational amplifier 15 in order to obtain the logarithm-expanded signal at terminal 17.
