Abstract
PURPOSE:To fix a core in a re-adjustable condition by a method wherein a connecting member material is inserted into concave grooves mounted to a screwing portion between a bobbin and the core. CONSTITUTION:A core 6 is screwed into a bobbin 1, and moved to the desired position to adjust the inductance of a coil 2. In this case, a concave groove 7 installed to the bobbin 1 and a concave groove 8 disposed to the core 6 are located at an agreed position. A connecting member material 9 is inserted into the concave grooves 7, 8 to fix the core 6 against the bobbin 1. A good result can be obtained when the concave groove 7 is formed in a tapered groove that the upper portion is deep and the lower portion is shallow and manufactured so as to make up a wedge action with a gradient of the connecting member material 9. Thus, the core can be fixed in a re-adjustable condition.
