Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Sleeve-form slide bearings 12, 13 are provided to one end of the support bases 10, 11 fixed with the 1st, 2nd mirrors 4, 5 and are slidably fitted to guide rails 16, 17. Ball bearings 14, 15 are provided to the other end and are placed on a common guide rail 18. Further magnets 41, 42 are fixed to the top surface on the other end and a magnet 40 is disposed by leaving a small spacing from the magnets 41, 42. As a result of this, when the support bases 10, 11 are reciprocatively moved along the rails 16W18 via belt 31 and wire 20 by the revolution of a motor 29, the ball bearings 14, 15 are pressed to the rail 18 by the magnetic action between the magnets 40W42, whereby the vibrations of the support bases 10, 11 hence the 1st, 2nd mirrors 4, 5 are readily prevented.
