Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain optimum vibration easily by supporting a linear trough by means of vertical and horizontal leaf springs and applying vibration onto the trough by means of magnets having different amplitudes and phases in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate plate 4 is arranged on a base plate 1 through leaf springs 2 and 3 for horizontal vibration, and a linear trough 8 is arranged on the intermediate plate 4 through leaf springs 6 and 7 for vertical vibration. The trough 8 is applied with vibrations which have different phases and amplitudes in the respective direction by the magnets 5 and 9 for vertical and horizontal vibrations. Said vibration can be selected arbitrarily as the optimum, and thus conveyance due to vibration can be performed without the interference with other equipments.
