CONSTITUTION:The parallel output signals of nonsynchronous counter 3 receive the time delay by 4 bits via time-division circuit 4. Then the signals are put on the data bus and then converted into the signals necessary for the segment display through decoder 6 to be sent out to latch circuit 7. At circuit 7, the segment signals are taken in through circuit 4 and with coincidence of the timing with the signals put on the data bus. As a result, the circuit constitution can be simplified to reduce the power consumption as well as to be able to cope with the multiple functions of the wristwatch.
