Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to mold integrally a surface body having air permeability easily by a method wherein a non-air-permeable film is put on the surface body and these are put on and closely contected with a suction type bottom mold, thereafter, expandable stock solution is poured thereon and a top mold is closed, then the solution is expanded under heating. CONSTITUTION:A non-air-permeable film 4 is put on a surface body 3 constituted by putting (adhession or fusion bonding is not effected) a polyurethane foam slab on a cloth of woven fabric, or braided cloth or the like and these are put on a suction type bottom tool 8 (a multitude of suction holes 7 communicating with a suction device 5 through a current passageway 6 are provided on a surface of the tool), then, are closely contacted with a surface of the tool by suction, thereafter, an intermediate mold 9 is established around a peripheral portion thereof and expandable stock solution such as polyrethane rubber or the like is poured thereinto, then, a top force 11 is closed and th solution is expanded under heating at a predetermined temperature. After the solution is expanded, the top force 11 and the intermediate mold 9 are removed, and a cushion sheet in which the surface body 3 and the expanded body 12 are formed integrally may be obtained.
