These foamed polyurethane resin sheet cushion materials contain a polyol component,
It is formed by injecting a foamable polyurethane resin composition containing a polyisocyanate component, a catalyst, a blowing agent, etc., and causing it to react and foam. The surface is covered with a skin layer 22 having a low expansion ratio. Note that 23 is an insert material such as an iron plate. By forming such a skin layer 22, shape retention, surface strength, water resistance, etc. are imparted to the sheet cushion material.

However, when the above-mentioned seat cushion material is used as a seat cushion material for, for example, a lift seat, it is exposed to wind and rain, extreme temperature differences, strong direct sunlight, etc. over a long period of time, and water builds up inside. Because it permeates through the water and there is a significant temperature difference between winter and summer,
Foamed polyurethane resin deteriorates rapidly, and particularly when the foamed polyurethane resin is polyester polyurethane, hydrolysis progresses significantly and there is a problem in that it easily deteriorates.

In the present invention, a closed-cell foamed resin layer is formed between the sheet cushion material and the watertight resin film layer. This closed-cell foamed resin layer is, for example, a foamed polyethylene sheet, a foamed polypropylene sheet, a closed-celled polyurethane resin sheet, etc., and commercially available foamed sheets can be used as they are. The preferred thickness is about 0.1 to 5.0 mm.

A method for interposing these closed-cell foam resin layers between the skin layer and the watertight resin film layer is to laminate a closed-cell foam resin sheet and a watertight resin film on the surface of the skin layer sequentially or simultaneously. However, for example, a watertight resin film layer of a desired thickness is formed in advance on one surface of the closed-cell foamed resin sheet by a coating method, and this is cut into a desired shape.
Possible methods include placing the film on the inner surface of a mold prior to molding, or placing a watertight resin film of a desired shape and a closed-cell foam resin sheet on top of each other on the inner surface of the mold in advance. .

Preferred methods for forming the watertight resin film layer and the closed-cell foam resin layer on the surface of the sheet cushion material are divided into a coating method and a film method. The coating method is to create a paint by dissolving the resin forming the film layer in an organic solvent, and apply this paint at a solid content of 1 to 100 g/m 2 prior to molding by spraying or other methods to release the paint. By applying the foamed polyurethane resin to the surface of the mold, and placing a closed-cell foamed resin layer on the surface of the coating film before or after drying to form a composite sheet, and then performing foam molding of the foamed polyurethane resin. It will be done.

Comparative test The sheet cushion materials of the example and the comparative example were each cut into a size of 10 x 10 x 3 mm, the cut surfaces other than the surface were completely waterproofed, and this was sprayed with hot water at 80°C. After being left in the tank for 3 weeks, the resin film tank and foamed polyethylene tank on the surface of the sample of Example were peeled off, and the strength retention rate and depth retention rate were measured, and the following results were obtained.
