Abstract
PURPOSE: To attain the simplification and cost reduction of circuit by connecting at least one cylinder to drain circuit through the inside of casing in a device in which a piston making a reciprocal movement with the rotation of a cylinder block is housed in a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: When rotating the driving shaft 5 by outside power, the cylinder block 7 is turned synchronously through the rotator 6 and the rod 14.
