Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of carbon powder and the like to hot-wires by providing hot-wires on the way of a bypass passage branched from an air conducting to a throttle chamber for reducing the pressure at the time of backfiring within the airduct. CONSTITUTION:A throttle chamber 10 is connected with an air cleaner 16 by an air duct 17. A bypass passage 19 is provided between the above duct 17 and the upper stream side wall of throttle valves 14 and 15 in a suction passage 11, and the air that has passed through the air cleaner 16 is partly conducted into the suction passage 11. At this stage, the connecting position S of the bypass passage 19 branched from the duct 17 is determined at a position which permits a space capacity able to reduce the pressure down to such degree as to kill the pressure influence at the time of backfiring essentially. On the way of this bypass passage 19, hot-wires 20 and 21 are arranged closely, and connected to a control unit 23 via lead wires 22.
