Abstract

PURPOSE:To render the surface on which exothermic elements are aligned into a plane excellent in true straightness to prevent the generation of printing irregularity by overlapping a plurality of thin plates via a bonding agent on the back surface of a head plate on the front surface of which a plurality of exOthermic elements are arranged, applying a pressure on the entire part, and hardening the bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:The exothermic element arranged surface b of a head base plate 2 of a thermal head is faced with the bonding reference surface a of a bonding jig 1, and on the rear surface of the surface a there are overlapped a plurality of thin plates 4 successively laminarly through a thermosetting bonding agent such as an epoxy resin or the like therebetween.
