Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a resin tube which has uniform flexibility and has a smooth inner surface by providing air passages which go through a hollow section and reach the outside at the bottom of a molding core that has grooves around the outer surface, thus removing the air being trapped when a releasing tape was wrapped around.
CONSTITUTION: Several narrow grooves 10 are provided to a mold 11 alongside the center line of a molding core. These grooves 10 go through air passages 15 that pass through a hollow section 12, and each the outside at openings in a side face 11a of the molding core 1. The air trapped by a releasing tape 6 is unable to escape to outside of the core 1 because it is sealed by the releasing tape 6. But the air being expanded by heat, moves toward the radial direction of the core 1 by wrapping pressure of either the tape 6 or tube molding elements 3 and 4; thus it is collected in the grooves, then is released to the outside of the core 1 through the air passages 15. Therefore, no air bubbles are left between the core 1 and the tape 6.
