Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a high heat load by a method wherein nozzles are arranged at positions spaced downward from the free surface of a heating medium at a distance equal to the evaporation length of a low-boiling medium.
CONSTITUTION: An uppermost nozzle 18A is arranged at a position spaced downward from the free surface 12A of a heating medium by a distance equal to the evaporation length L of a low-boiling medium, the second nozzle 18B is arranged at a position spaced downward from the nozzle 18A by a distance equal to the evaporation length L, and so on. This arrangement prevents upper nozzles from being surrounded by liquid low-boiling medium jetted from lower nozzles, and eliminates need for enlarging a tank 10 due to too large spacings. Thus, a high heat load can be obtained.
