Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to use the ON-line and OFF-line both systems in split state at the same time, by providing the key switch with the input and output control unit and making ineffective the isolation and the bus selection flip flop control instruction. CONSTITUTION:The input control unit 6 is provided with the off-line key switch 10 gating the isolation signal 5. When this switch 10 is ON and another input to the AND gate inputted with the isolation signal 5 is at ''0'', the isolation signal 5 from another system can be made ineffective. The switch connected to the off-line system bus among two switches 10 in the input and output control unit 6 is turned on for off-line and the two switches 10 are OFF for on-line, allowing to perform the split use of on-line and off-line.
