Gas is jetted 3 into the coating chamber 4 to disturb chamber atmosphere, floating powdered coating material in the chamber 4 uniformly. The powder is successively settled and stacked on the surface of object 6 placed at lower part of the chamber. Then, water is sprayed onto the stacked coating material for aging and curing.
