CONSTITUTION: An instruction from instruction control part 7 is sent to instruction register 9, whose content is also sent to memory control part 11. Control part 11 generates an address at which access to memory unit 15 can be attained, and a check on whether access to the area of unit 15 the address indicates can be attained or not is made by a protective key. When the access can be attained, data read out from unit 15 is sent to access right control part 201. In access right data memory part 204, control part 201 writes protective bits on an initially-set access right setting unit. The output of memory part 204 is bit-checked by access right check part 205 according to instructions of register 9 and the result is inputted to unit 15 as a signal showing whether access to unit 15 can be attained or not by way of access control part 14.
