Abstract

CONSTITUTION: By control unit 25, sample sucking pump 6, reagent selection valve driving unit 10, and rotating unit 19 for filters, etc., are controlled. On the basis of the measure item stored previously, a prescribed quantity of the sample in vessel 2 is picked up into weighing pick-up unit 5 by pump 6, and reagent change-over valve 8 is operated by driving unit 10 to select a prescribed reagent from reagent tanks 7AW7C and lead it into weighing pick-up unit 5, and both are mixed and are led into, for example, reaction tube 12A of rotary reaction unit 11. Next, reaction tube 12A is arranged on the light path connecting light source 14 and detector 22, and for example, filter 16A and slit 18A are arranged on the light path by rotating unit 19, and after that, the light from light source 14 is detected by detector 22, and the signal is processing by circuit 23, and the measure result is displayed on unit 24.
